Xquisite Floors exceeded our expectations. We need the entire bottom floor of our townhouse redone and they did a superb job. It was not easy as they had to remove all the existing tile floor. They came to our house with all the samples in their mobile showroom and took the time to understand our needs and suggested solutions that were best for us. In no time we found the exact floor we wanted. The guys who installed our flooring took pride in their work and made suggestions on a few details that we had missed. We had anticipated it being a messy job but was surprised how well they controlled the dust. They stayed in contact with us throughout the whole project and the customer service was great. Xquisite Floors was an incredible company to work with! They redid the flooring throughout my whole house. They put beautiful vinyl in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. I love how it turned out and everyone who comes to my house points out how beautiful they are. As a company, they are top notch. They always made sure they were accessible to me. They were very patient as well. I was new to the process and had lots of questions, and they were able to answer them all for me. We purchased a new home and preferred the idea of having a better product than the builder grade floors. We also wanted to be sure that our floors were installed by professionals. Xquisite ended up being able to get us a much better quality floor for 20% less than others that were available. They ended up ripping out the old floors and doing the installation for about 5,000 square feet of flooring. We were extremely grateful for the willingness to be flexible in scheduling. My in-laws ended up moving in with us much sooner than originally expected. The guys at Xquisite were able to jump through hoops to start our project sooner than expected and make it work for us! Everyone at Xquisite floors went over and above in customer service. Not only did they work around all of our move in, but when they came to our house each day, they would check in on my wife’s parents, see if they needed anything, and worked hard to be sure they didn't interfere with their daily lives. We are so grateful for Carlos and everyone else who worked on our project. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of our questions. He even followed up to make any adjustments that we needed. If you are looking to have flooring work done on your home, I definitely recommend Xquisite Floors!

The team @ Xquisite Floor did a good job for me. I was happy with the results. Philipp & Emilson were truly respectful & pleasant to work with. I was looking to put tiles in my kitchen, patio & powder room. Philipp helped me choose appropriate tiles. The kitchen tiles had a pattern on them that I was rather concerned about putting them together precisely. Emilson measured, cut & matched the tiles very nicely (precisely). As a result, the kitchen floor is beautiful & I love it.

Xquisite floors helped me to replace the marble walls and shower enclosure in my master bathroom. We went out several times to look at marble to help me find what I wanted in my price range. They kept me well informed as to the progress, who was coming to my house, and when they would be there. I want to begin by saying that this summer I decided to change my carpet in several rooms of my house. After visiting a few flooring stores a friend of mine told me about Xquisite Floors. To my surprise they brought a mobile showroom to my house. They had a tremendous amount of samples to show me. The part that made my life easier, is that they made a professional consultation and they listened very carefully to what I was looking for in my new carpet. Not only did they explain in detail the differences in quality and product specifications, but they were able to adapt to my budget. The installers did a great job, were cordial, cleaned up after the installation and even moved my furniture.
