We purchased a new home and preferred the idea of having a better product than the builder grade floors. We also wanted to be sure that our floors were installed by professionals. Xquisite ended up being able to get us a much better quality floor for 20% less than others that were available. They ended up ripping out the old floors and doing the installation for about 5,000 square feet of flooring.
We were extremely grateful for the willingness to be flexible in scheduling. My in-laws ended up moving in with us much sooner than originally expected. The guys at Xquisite were able to jump through hoops to start our project sooner than expected and make it work for us! Everyone at Xquisite floors went over and above in customer service. Not only did they work around all of our move in, but when they came to our house each day, they would check in on my wife’s parents, see if they needed anything, and worked hard to be sure they didn’t interfere with their daily lives.
We are so grateful for Carlos and everyone else who worked on our project. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of our questions. He even followed up to make any adjustments that we needed. If you are looking to have flooring work done on your home, I definitely recommend Xquisite Floors!

Xquisite Floors exceeded our expectations. We need the entire bottom floor of our townhouse redone and they did a superb job. It was not easy as they had to remove all the existing tile floor. They came to our house with all the samples in their mobile showroom and took the time to understand our needs and suggested solutions that were best for us. In no time we found the exact floor we wanted.

The guys who installed our flooring took pride in their work and made suggestions on a few details that we had missed. We had anticipated it being a messy job but was surprised how well they controlled the dust.

They stayed in contact with us throughout the whole project and the customer service was great. The results speak for themselves, it turned out phenomenal and we could not be happier. Highly recommend Xquisite Floors!

Xquisite Floors was an incredible company to work with! They redid the flooring throughout my whole house. They put beautiful vinyl in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
